Manuela Pimentel's Solo Exhibition Opens in Mexico

On 16 January, Portuguese artist Manuela Pimentel will inaugurate her latest solo exhibition at the Galería Torre del Reloj, located in Polanco, Mexico City. The exhibition will be open to the public until 25 January.

 

This showcase follows her previous presentation at the National Tile Museum in Portugal and features an assemblage of pieces in varied formats, dedicated to the theme of "Poética Revolucionária". The initiative pays tribute to Portuguese poets, with a special focus on José Mário Branco, a musician and revolutionary poet, as part of the commemorations marking the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April.

 

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a visual narrative that engages with historical memory and the poetic culture of Portugal, highlighting the role of art in fostering reflection and celebrating historical milestones.
