Ana Malta has been awarded the Mouseion – Art Law House Prize, an initiative launched in 2025 by lawyer Patrícia Dias Mendes, whose more than two decades of legal practice in the art world lend this inaugural prize a particular significance.
The award consists of a one-year pro bono legal support programme, granted to the five youngest artists represented at the 2025 edition of Drawing Room Lisboa — the acclaimed art fair dedicated exclusively to contemporary drawing — with the aim of providing essential legal guidance at a decisive stage of their artistic careers.
