RÓMULO SANTA RITA uses the naturalistic representation of the human body to construct the monumental
and immersive installation “The Children of Canaan”. A powerful embodiment of experiential experiences and
philosophical reflections based on sacred texts, it is the result of a composition that, transcending merely
aesthetic appeal, serves as a commentary on the constantly evolving social fabric of the Angolan capital and
as a commentary on the city's cultural landscape, which Rómulo Santa Rita himself is enriching as a street
artist.
