Overview
Susana Cereja presents a work of a multidisciplinary nature where research, diversity, and the versatility of media take on a predominant character.
Through it, she presents a renewed look at the recovery and development of the ancestral methods of artistic production.
Woodcut, polychrome plaster and Arraiolos stitch (a technique used in the production of tapestry) are some of the methods it recovers for the field of contemporary art, returning it to the place of excellence that it once occupied in Portuguese culture.
